Beaches Manor, Brent Pelham at 7.45pm for 8.00pm. It is a Supper at which Clarissa Dickson Wright will share her lifetime experiences with us. She will also be signing copies of her latest book.

Routes of 6,12 & 15 miles with numerous optional jumps, in a beautiful parkland setting. BBQ at finish & refreshments on route. Rosettes for all. Prize for the most sponsorship, in aid of the Essex & Herts Air Ambulance Trust.
